Why Rosie Gunn Founded The Endless Club

Rosie Gunn started Endless in the UK in 2019 as a circular fashion platform. When she launched in the UAE in 2023, she brought the rental and resale model with her. What she did not expect was that the thing women responded to most was not the clothes.

It was each other.

Through the events Endless started running in Dubai, something became clear pretty quickly. The outfits were a reason to get together, but they were not the reason women kept coming back. What they came back for was the room itself. The other women in it. A space where they felt comfortable, seen, and genuinely welcome.

But the deeper reason Rosie built The Endless Club goes further back than that.

She describes a lot of her own journey as lonely. Ambitious, driven, always reaching for more, but without the community of women around her who had walked the path before and could share what they knew. The tools, the wisdom, the honest conversations that might have made the hard parts easier. She had to figure most of it out on her own.

The Power Series was her answer to that. A pillar of The Endless Club built specifically to give ambitious women access to the knowledge and experience of other women who have already been where they are trying to go. Not a polished panel of untouchable experts, but real women sharing real things they wish they had known sooner. Everything Rosie wishes she had been given access to much earlier in her life.

Her view is straightforward: every woman deserves to feel supported on her path. Not just cheered on from the sidelines, but genuinely equipped. And no woman should have to feel as alone on that journey as she sometimes did.
