Rosie Gunn is a female founder, entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Endless, created to make circular fashion feel luxe, aspirational and effortless - not thrifty (the only option at the time).

She didn't come into entrepreneurship with a prestigious degree, family connections or a ready-made network. She built her credibility, business and network herself - learning everything through experience, the hard way.

As a woman navigating the traditionally male-dominated worlds of business, investment and entrepreneurship, Rosie has often been underestimated and frequently found herself as the only woman in the room. She went on to beat the odds (2% of women secure VC funding globally), securing investment from leading angel investors and venture funds and building a business across two markets.

The Endless Power Series was born from that experience - creating the support system for women she never had.
